We are in an exciting phase and are now looking for a technically oriented Project Coordinator who will play a significant role in our development projects. You will be an important part of ensuring that our projects are carried out efficiently, with quality assurance and on time.

The projects can encompass everything from technology feasibility studies and concept development to new development, product maintenance, and lifecycle management of advanced products within the Land product area.
The position is organizationally placed within our development department in the Land product area, which consists of a dozen competent and engaged colleagues.
Job Description
In this position, you will work closely with our technical project managers and support with:
- Coordinating project activities and resources
- Monitoring schedules, deliveries, and milestones
- Updating project plans and documentation
- Participating in budgeting and monitoring of budget and resource allocation
- Coordinating meetings, writing meeting notes, and managing technical documentation
- Following up on purchases, deliveries, and any technical issues in the project
You need to have an understanding of technical contexts and be able to interpret technical information to effectively contribute to the progress of the projects.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary technical education or equivalent experience that we assess as comparable
- Experience working in or coordinating technical projects, preferably from an industrial or development environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Meritorious with experience in budgeting, calculations, and resource planning
- Meritorious with experience working on projects with complex technical products.

Information and Application
